The Course: Snow conditions permitting, the 25/50 km racecourse will consist of a 25 km loop starting and finishing in the new cross-country stadium and traversing the 1980 Olympic Legacy Trails. This is one of the most demanding Loppet courses in the world using most of the infamous climbs and descents used for the Olympic 50 km course. If you are new to skiing or looking for a fast cruze, the 2, 7.5, & 13 km courses will traverse much less hilly terrain.
UPDATE: Due to extreme weather conditions, the course has been shortened to an 8 km loop – keeping the all participants closer to the stadium and with races shortened to 1, 2 or 3 Laps ( 8 , 16, or 24 km).

Aid Station: There will be an aid station in the 1980 Stadium for racers to stock up on fuel and hydration. This is a cup-less event – racers must carry their hydration vessel (bottle or reusable cup) that can be refilled at the aid station.
