100% MVH/Gore XC Assurance For any reason, you may request a full purchase credit for your 2023/24 season pass through November 15, 2023. You’ll receive a 100% purchase credit* on a Snow Guarantee Card valid toward season pass, lift ticket and/or lesson purchases through Closing Day, Spring 2025!  That means your credit is valid for the remainder of the upcoming winter as well as all of next season.

PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

All 2024/25 Mt Van Hoevenberg Season Passholders must electronically sign the XC Season Pass Terms & Conditions for your RFID Card to be valid and open the gates at the trails. If purchasing online, you’ll be presented the 2024/25 XC Season Pass Terms & Conditions immediately after you check out and complete your purchase. If purchasing over the phone or via the mail-in application, you should receive an email with a link to electronically sign this document.

Eligibility for pass type is determined by age at the time of purchase.

Photos are required for all Season Passes. You can upload your photo when you buy online, renew your photo on file, email your image here, or have your photo taken at the mountain.

All new Season Passes will be printed on an RFID-enabled Card, allowing you to go direct to lift and reload your card with future passes and other products for years to come! Your pass will either be mailed via USPS or held for pick-up at the mountain, depending on the delivery/pick-up option you select when checking out online. Please allow 7-10 business days if you selected to have your pass mailed.

Did you miss a price deadline? We understand—life happens! Call us during regular business hours (8:00 am – 4:30 pm) up to one week following a price deadline, and we will process your order at the rate most previously in effect, plus a $15 fee per total transaction.

Payment Plan

Take advantage of our convenient and FREE (no fees!) payment plan, available for all 2024/25 Season Passes purchased on or before August 7, 2024.

Here’s how it works:

Pay 25% down on your 2024/25 pass(es) at the time of purchase.
Down payments of more than 25% may be made if you wish to lower the amount of your next three installments (not available for online purchases).
Your credit card at the time of purchase will be automatically charged three equal installments each month following the initial payment.

For Online Purchases

Mt Van Hoevenberg will charge 25% of your total order on the date of purchase. The remainder will be automatically charged in three equal installments, to occur on the same date as purchased each month following the initial payment. If an initial payment is made on the 31st day of a month, subsequent payments will be on the last day of the months that follow.

For Purchases Made in Person or Over the Phone

Mt Van Hoevenberg will charge a minimum of 25% of your total on the date of purchase. The remainder will be automatically charged in three equal installments, to occur on the 15th of each month following the initial payment. Down payments of more than 25% may be made if you wish to lower the amount of your next three installments.

Our Season Pass Assurance policy is designed to offer you flexibility and peace of mind in purchasing your 2024/25 Season Pass. We want you to feel comfortable with your pass purchase and understand things could change for you between now and the 2024/25 winter season.

For any reason, you may request a Season Pass Assurance purchase credit for your 2024/25 Season Pass through November 15, 2024. We’ll transfer your pass purchase* onto a Snow Guarantee Card, valid through Closing Day, Spring 2026.

Please note the following details for Season Pass Assurance requests:

Season Pass Assurance is available upon request for any reason through November 15, 2024.
You’ll receive a 100% purchase credit for your 2023/24 Season Pass on a Snow Guarantee Card, valid through Closing Day, Spring 2024. Your Snow Guarantee Card can be used in person and online to purchase Season Passes, lift tickets, lessons, or activities at Whiteface, Gore, Belleayre, Mt Van Hoevenberg and the Lake Placid Olympic Sites.
All 2024/25 Season Passes are eligible for Season Pass Assurance.
Season Pass Assurance credits will be issued after the November 15, 2024 deadline. Please allow up to Seven weeks for processing. If you purchased your 2024/25 Season Pass with a payment plan, your purchase credit will be issued after the final payment is successfully made.
