For Larger Groups (7 or More)

Cliffside Coaster tickets may be purchased for up to six people in a single online order. If you are looking to purchase tickets for more than six people and/or for multiple households, you’ll need to make separate online purchases (one per household, up to 6 people total), or you can choose to complete the Reservation Request Form below.

Please note that completing a Reservation Request Form does not guarantee ride availability. We will contact you to confirm availability before finalizing your reservation and taking payment information.

Before You Arrive

For Online Reservations

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early at the Mountain Pass Lodge to check in for the Cliffside Coaster. Your start time will be within the one-hour time block you selected at the time of purchase. You’ll need your print@home ticket(s) either printed or on your mobile device for scanning at check-in.

In Case of Inclement Weather

Cliffside Coaster’s availability is weather-dependent. Even with advanced reservations, please check the Daily Update Page to confirm there are no closures due to inclement weather. You may also call Mt. Van Hoevenberg at (518) 523-2811 on the day of your visit to confirm that there are no session cancellations in the case that there is inclement weather forecasted.

If the session you have booked is canceled due to inclement weather, our staff will make every effort to reschedule your reservation (or provide a refund if we are unable to reschedule).
