Pass Assurance Request Confirmation
Thank you for submitting your request for Pass Assurance. After November 19, 2021, the Season Pass(es) for which you submitted your request will be deactivated, and you will be issued a 100% purchase credit* in the form of a Snow Guarantee Card valid through Closing Day, Spring 2023. If you requested Pass Assurance for multiple passes, you will be issued one Snow Guarantee Card with the total value for the requested purchase credits.
Once a Season Pass is deactivated, it can no longer be used for trail access or Season Pass perks. You may choose to reload other trail access items onto your RFID card.
Your Snow Guarantee Card will be mailed to the address you provided in your request form after the November 19, 2021 deadline. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and mailing.

*If you have used your Season Pass (for trail access and/or pass holder perks) anytime between the date of purchase and the date of request, you will receive an 85% purchase credit.
